Holly Show Pics

Happy Sunday to you all!
What a whirlwind of a show we had!
We had fun Friday catching up with fellow vendors.
Lots and lots of wonderful prims.
Below are a pics of few of the many booths.

Did you see any you would have liked to take home?

I fell in love with these soldier men.

I decided this July 4th to make one for myself.

The wool lady from Kansas City, MO
was right across from us....
looking at all of that yummy wool got me in trouble.
I only took a pick of one of her many many racks of wool.
Yards of browns, grays, whites, orange, black & blues,
came home with me.
I have a pattern drawn that I want to work on.
It will be a tribute to our Peepers kitty.
Bob even helped me pick out the wool.

Now for pics of our booth.

This table of pewter sold with five minutes of the show.
Bob and I were bombarded with customers grabbing
up all of the pewter. It was very unexpected,
but we were quite appreciative of the wonderful
folks who took our goodies home with them.

Well I smell my warm cinnamon rolls in the oven now.
Time grab a few and get busy washing and cleaniing.
Plus draw out the pattern onto linen for my rug.
Stay tuned for that one.

Hope you all enjoy the rest of your weekend!

Winnie, so sorry that my phone died.
I sent you the information on that vendor in an email
last night. Let me know if you received it.

Weekend Blessings To All!

  1. Good Morning, Your booth looks wonderful and congrats on your good fortune selling the pewter! I will be so anxious to see your tribute piece to Peepers. Enjoy those warm cinnamon rolls. xo

    1. Thank you Mildred. Doing shows is always a guessing game as you never know what customers are looking for. Janice

  2. Hi Janice,
The show looked like a great one!! Wish you could just bring it all to AZ as we just don't see that volume of primitives out here!! ~sigh~
Your booth looked wonderful and that quilt really was a lovely backdrop!! So happy for your good sales!! It feels so good when you work so hard and have good results!!
I would have been so tempted by that wool, too, and look forward to seeing your rug!!!
Hope you have a great week, my friend!
    Heart Hugs~

    1. It is very hard for me to not overspend at this show. I take money with me and when its gone, its gone. Janice

  3. Love these photos of some of the prim booths!! Lots of beautiful and useful items too. The soldier men are darling and I can't wait to see what you come up with for this Summer. I did get your phone message about the vendor. Thank-you very much. I asked you if the person has a webpage because I am not on FB. If not, I will give her a call after our upcoming trip to Italy next weekend.

    1. I hope I can fit the time to make a soldier for myself. The candy jar is taking up my time right now. Hope you are having a great time on your trip! Janice

  4. So happy you had a good show.
Wool...oh, the trouble it can cause :) Looking forward to seeing your new rug.

    1. Thanks Lauren. Wish you could have been there. Earlene and I both miss you. Maybe next time. Janice

  5. Glad your show went well, there sure was a lot of eye candy. The one day show makes for a busy few days for sure. Hope you found time to relax a little before the work week begins I have to get in your store soon and fondle the treasures lol. Blessings

    1. Thanks Cathy. Been busy each night working on the candy jar. Only hooking about 10 minutes a night on my new rug. Loving your stair risers. Janice

  6. Looks like a lot of wonderful pieces and yes wool would get me in trouble too.

  7. Looks like a wonderful show, the it! Your booth looks great!

  8. It's a good thing I wasn't at that show, I would have been in serious trouble with all the wonderful antiques that would have wanted to come home with me. That wool is just amazing too, I would definitely love some of that. Have a great week.

    1. I always get in trouble at this show. LOL Thanks for stopping by Kelly. Janice

  9. What a great show and what fun I would have had strolling through the different booths and seeing all the treasures. Thanks for sharing pictures.
I am sure some would have come home with me. Happy to hear your sales went well; especially with the pewter. I only have two pieces or so of pewter myself. Will enjoy seeing what you do with some of the wool you bought.

  10. I prefer treen myself over pewter, but we take all kinds of things to shows. One never knows what customers are looking for. Thanks for your sweet comment. Janice
