Ida Is Up

Good evening friends!

When I spotted Ida
(sampler)
I was pretty sure it was as big as my
other sampler.
I was close.

It was a tad smaller, however I still hung
it above this sampler.

Am loving my wall of textiles.

This is the spot where I now have been
mulling over what to place in this blank space.
I am leaning on making a new hooked rug.
A vertical one to the left of my samplers.
Once I have Christmas completed
for the store I will have some
breathing time to hook another one.

In other news,
I want to thank everyone
for your kind words regarding my goodies.
If anyone is interested in purchasing anything,
please email me at
primsbythewater@yahoo.com
We do ship to US continental only.

I have Monday off from work so
will be spending the day watching tv
and working on Christmas.
We open up Christmas the second weekend
of October so really not much time
to get things done when I really
only have the weekends.
Some fun items I might say. :-)

Wanted to get this post out this morning,
but time got ahead of me. LOL
Going to make dinner now.
BBQ Pork Chops,
Brussel Sprouts and Veggie Crescents

Hope everyone enjoys their holiday weekend.
Please be safe if travelling.

Labor Day Weekend Blessings To All!

  3. A slim hooked piece for that spot is 'spot on', lol. Can't wait to see what you choose to hook.

  4. Happy Labor Day, Janice. I love your menu and I'm coming over for dinner (in my imagination).

Your textile wall speaks of old treasures. Enjoy...
With your fertile mind, you are always so busy with creation and imagination.

  5. I love the idea of a theme...a wall of textiles is so clever. A vertical hooked rug would be lovely...and sometimes, I've seen vertical samplers...looking forward to seeing what you put there! Enjoy your weekend...relax!
