Day 8 of temps in the 90's.
Right now I wish Jack Frost
would tell his brother
the Heat Miser to cool us down.
Today I will show you a
little bit of July
and a little bit of Christmas.
***Disclaimer***
Lots of pictures.
I changed up my coverlets at the headboard
to a softer red and blue.
After taking the bed pic,
I moved the pillows here.
Hope you enjoyed these pics.
Our bedroom colors make it
a perfect backdrop for July!
Lots of
red * white * blue

Beautiful bedroom! Especially love your settle bench and everything on it. Also the quilts hanging above it. You have some nice pieces my friend! Hugs, Lori
ReplyDeleteThank you Lori! Janice
DeletePretty ...Love your hooked rugs !
ReplyDeleteThank you! Janice
DeleteLove it all...and I love lots of pictures.
ReplyDeleteLOL thanks! Janice
DeleteI love lots of pictures too and Christmas in July sounds wonderful. We had Christmas in July on our deceased daughter's birthday to celebrate her life and remember her a few years ago.
ReplyDeleteI love the little carriage with the poinsettias and that rocking horse on the white cupboard.
Hugs, Julia
Thank you Julia. So sorry about your daughter. Janice
DeleteWonderful images! I do love your style. Your rooms always make me smile.
ReplyDeleteIt cooled off a lot today here at the lake with the rain. Maybe you, too!
Thank you Jeanie! Janice
DeleteHi Janice! You have the best textile collection. I really love the striped cushion on your bench. Jane
ReplyDeleteThanks Jane. Years of collecting. Janice
DeleteBeautiful RW&B's Janicee!! Love how you display your quilts...and that little Uncle Sam is awesome....and, I have loved your oversized dandelion wish puffs since I saw them the first time. You do have a gift of display....and a great eye for collections. Stay cool. We finally went down to the low 80's (like 81 today??) and I didn't even have the air on. Have a good weekend! ~Robin~
ReplyDeleteThanks Robin! We had a storm roll in on Friday where we lost power, but the rain was much needed and the temps are now in the 80's. Janice
DeleteHappy Weekend Janice. I love your displays. The look great!

DeleteHi Janice,
ReplyDeleteI just LOVE pictures and to me, MORE IS BETTER!!! Love all the beautiful R,W,B fabrics and pieces and they just so warm up a room!! I finally put mine away, except for one large flag on my little corner cupboard and may leave it there for a while just because I love how it looks!! Hope you and Bob are keeping well!!
Take care!
Heart Hugs~
Julie xo
Thanks for stopping by. Hopefully your temps will cool down soon. Janice
DeleteLoved all of the pictures! I especially love your feather trees. Some day I hope to have at least one! And your "headboard", what a great idea. Jan in MA
ReplyDeleteThank you Jan! Feather trees can be quite pricey. The one in my first pic is a reproduction and the one by my carriage is the real McCoy. Janice
ReplyDeleteI enjoy decorating for the summer holidays and I have a lot of red, white and blue anyway. Your room looks really cute and your decor is spot on for July! Have a good week!
ReplyDeleteThanks and you do the dame! Janice
ReplyDeleteSo many things to look at and so many great ideas.
