Halloween Giveaway

Good evening sweet blogging friends.
I thought to myself this weekend....
sometimes I think out loud too. LOL

Well I thought...geez Janice, its been a long while
since you offered a giveaway.

I answered myself by deciding to giveaway my Halloween Kitty.

This will be an easy peasy giveaway.
Thinking back to your childhood,
what was your most memorable Halloween costume.

Mine was being a lady pirate.
My mom made my polka dot skirt and white blouse.
She also made me a kerchief that I wrapped on my head and
I thought I was coolest girl with my big hoop earrings,
because my mom did not believe in young girls getting their ears pierced.

Just by leaving a comment with you memorable costume will give you one entry.
Share this giveaway on your blog, you will get two chances to win.
If you bring over a new follower, you will get five chances to win.

Open to current and new followers for both my
US and Canadian blogging friends.

Drawing to be held this Friday October 9th.

Good Luck!
Pre Halloween Blessings To All!
Janice

  2. Hi Janice! Such a cute kitty....and a great giveaway. My favorite was a costume based on a skit Sonny & Chef used to do on their tv show in the 70's. I was probably nine or tan. "The song went, "she's a scamp, a camp and a bit of a tramp...she's a v-a-m-p, vamp." Yikes! My mom found a long, red woman's slinky nightie and that was my costume - layered over a turtleneck and jeans (Halloween can get cold in Wisconsin!). I remember wearing this for my school Halloween party as well. I am sure today I would be sent home and my parent's would be the scorn of the neighborhood! But back then, it was all in good fun, I had no idea what a scamp, tramp or vamp was and I loved my pretty outfit! Jane

  4. Forgot the costume part. I remember being a horse for Halloween. I made a huge black cardboard horsehead with black string for the main and wore black tights. My friend and I both went out dressed as horses.

  7. Mine was a crepe paper pumpkin or squash with a black mask and a crepe paper beanie. I guess it was to look like a stem. By the pictures, it failed to meet the expectations.lol My best friend at the time had one just like it.lol (We were both Betty's)

  8. I just love your kitty. I don't remember my favorite costume really. In my town when I was a kid it was a tradition to go out 2 nights. Halloween and the night before. We really scored big time. : ) Thank you for the chance to win.

  9. Thank you for the contest!
Your kitty is so adorable and reminds me of my own cat.
I remember going out as a cat from a tv show from many years ago. He was my favorite cat at the time.

  12. Love Halloween Kitty Janice! I loved Halloween so much as a kid and still do, my favorite costume was a gypsy - had this multi colored tie on skirt, hoop earrings & bandanna. Sometimes I'd paint a "mole" on the side of my lip. Don't know why I thought that was gypsy-like, LOL. I'll share on my sidebar! ~*~Lisa
