Good Witch Bad Witch

Good evening dear friends.
Here is a sneak pic of my giveaway.
She is not completely done, but she wanted to be a show off. LOL
Soon I will give the details of this witchy giveaway.
On another note.
Bob and I left last week Thursday on another buying trip.
We stopped at the Toledo Zoo first.
Spent four hours there.
Had fun!
Then we headed for our buying trip.
Bought lots of goodies for our upcoming shows and for the store.
One item is this Civil War field desk.
Circa 1861 to 1865.
Pic of the inside.
Wonderful patina!
Gotta go.
Witchy Blessings To All!

  1. Hi Janice,
Oh my goodness what a great find in that desk - you can be sure it will find a good home.
Good luck with the show. Are you doing Simple Goods? I'm so wanting to go this year - been a a few years since we have gone.

  2. Hi Janice, Happy her, she is very bewitching.....That civil war desk is so beautiful, love it....Blessings Francine.

  3. Looking forward to the witchy giveaway, love her face!

  4. That Civil War desk is a great find! The little witchy is cute.

  5. Hello Sweetpea.....Remember me? Really??? (Note....that last question applies whether your answer was "no" or "yes"....) Sorry for my long absence once again.....But, truly - this time I had somewhat of an excuse.....I really couldn't see with patches on my eyes....! In any event, I've missed you. Looks like (in the wee bit of catch-up reading I've done), that you are still doing what you do so dang well....finding treasures the rest of us can only dream about and drool over..... And oh my heck....that field desk is AMAZING!!! What I wouldn't give to own that (ok....and have the space to put it....) - I'm a Civil War junkie....and these have always fascinated me..... Love your witchy poo too.....but, of course, I would.... ;o) Smiles & Hugs ~ Robin

  6. Love the witch! What a fabulous desk...I've never seen one like that.

  7. Love your witchy doll Janice and the desk is awesome. So glad there are folks that cherish these pieces and preserve them for the next generation to enjoy and ponder. Have a good day ~*~Lisa

  8. Isn't she cute! Wow - the desk is awesome! The craftsmanship of old furniture is wonderful...they had less tools but each piece is so beautiful....looking forward to your giveaway!
