Hello friends!
Today I have a few pics of my kitchen.
Did you spot him from the last pic?
back in August.
Since I found my mule chest,
decided to put this one in here for now...
until Bob gets out laundry room done.
The Christmas tablecloth has been washed
and ready to go.
I made these gingerbreads eons ago.
Decided this year to put all of my antique Santas
that I have thus far here with my bowls & pitchers.
Top of the refrigerator.
A lil display by the sink.
This is a Red Bird coffee jar from the 1940's.
In other news,
not sure what is going on with blogger now?
My blog roll has folks I followed years ago,
which are now coming up in my feed.
These bloggers have not posted for years.
While my newest bloggers I have followed
seem to have disappeared.
I so apologize for not commenting.
If anyone has any suggestions on why this has happened.
would greatly appreciate it.
Counting down the days now
to both Christmas (13) and my vacation (5).
Looking forward to both!
Well off to work.
Christmas Is Coming Blessings To All!

Hi Janice, oh BLOGGER ... please stop being so dumb. Ha.. sorry my friend, I cannot keep up with what blogger does. Wish I could. The last thing that it did to me was mess up my comments.. I did not do any changes and blogger just made everyone no reply or anonymous.
ReplyDeleteChristmas Cheer, your house is full of it, and I LOVE IT!!
Carla
Again your house is looking good. You have some really nice old cupboards.
ReplyDeleteI used to have a few of those elves which I purchased new around 1968. Unfortunately I gave them to the thrift shop a couple years ago and wish I had them back now, lol.
ReplyDeleteYour house looks very festive!! Yes I am having the same issue with blogger. At first when I saw them start to pop up I was excited to see them again until I see the last post was years ago.
ReplyDeleteCathy
I love that cabinet you got recently. You have such a great collection!
ReplyDeleteI use Feedly to follow blogs but strange things have been happening there too.
How's your weather on the other side of the state? We are in a snow globe and everything is cancelled!
I use Feedly too - it's pretty good. You are getting your rooms done one by one - and it all looks very Christmasy.
ReplyDeleteI love the cupboard you got on the antique trail. I have a weakness for cupboards. I need a bigger house...sigh.
ReplyDeleteBlogger really like to mess with us!!!
I’m in love with the stuffed little gingerbread men you made years ago. Looks authentic! I like how you tucked the Santa’s inside the bowls and dishes. I really like that tablecloth!
ReplyDeleteBlogger - same thing in my Blogger feed. Crazy
Great new(ish) cupboard!! Like my twin, I have a thing for them and need a large house. ;-) You have a sweet collection of old Santas! Grrrr on Blogger. I am having the very same issue. It started several days ago, then seemed to right itself, but then went right back to the old, old, posts. I even tried deleting (unfollowing) a couple and refreshing the reading list thinking then that at least the old posts of those deleted would disappear. No such luck. I have no idea whose current posts I may have missed b/c of it. ~Robin~
ReplyDeleteEverything looks great at your house!!!
ReplyDeleteBlogger goes crazy every once in a while. Hope things get sorted out for you.
Your kitchen is such a charmer! I love it. My blog reading list was doing the same thing. I complained to them (use the question mark at the top of your dashboard). I don't know if that helped or not, but it was fine today. Linda, the Fairy Blogmother, said she uses the free Feedly for her daily feed, as it can aggregate both blogger and Wordpress blogs. I haven't switched yet, but I may do so!
ReplyDeleteBlogger has been driving me crazy lately. It's why I haven't blogged as much. It's been a pain just to sign in. Oh well, I do love my blog buddies and enjoy everyone's posts. Your home is filled with many treasures and it looks so festive and cozy! I looked back at your previous posts to see all your Christmas decorations. Nice job! Have a good weekend Janice!
ReplyDeleteYour house looks all ready for Santa to visit. Very festive.
ReplyDeleteI had all those old blog posts of years ago pop up in my Reader and I clicked the manage button and clicked Stop Following and they all disappeared off my reader. I miss those old blogger friends. Nothing last for ever,
Have a great weekend.
Hugs,
Julia
