Drysinks For The Holidays

Hope everyone is enjoying the pics thus far.
Today's display is on our drysinks
by the front door and hall area.

This is one of my antique feather trees.

This year I added my antique spun cotton fruit.
Maybe Santa will get me a few more tis year.

Another elf for the kids to find.

The lid lifts up for when someone would have
cleaned their dishes.
This is why it is called a drysink.
One would clean their dishes with a rag...no water.

Below is a feather basket, pantry box
and a blue bucket.

Now for the opposite side.
A daylight pic with the sun peeking in.

Do you spot another elf?

I do realize I took this pic now before my tree
was completely trimmed.
So sorry about that.
It is is just trimmed in homespun ornaments this year.
A simple one.

Santa decided to go into the pipe holder...
instead of the chimney. [wink wink ]

In other news,
I had not heard they were
getting rid of Windows 10.
My newest computer has that program on it.
Will need to check with the Geek Squad
when I go there.
Will let you know then Saundra.

I am on vacation starting December 18th
thru the New Year.
Looking forward to it and will be unwinding.

Yesterday morning my drive into work
was both rainy and foggy.
Not the best conditions for driving in the dark.
Hopefully it will be better this morning.
Well off to get ready.

Pre Holiday Blessings To All!
Janice

  3. Think I told you the end was October 25th 2025 but just ween to search and found this:
    Microsoft

    https://www.microsoft.com › en-us › windows › end-of-support

End of support for Windows 10, Windows 8.1, and Windows 7
Microsoft will no longer provide free updates, technical support, or security fixes for Windows 10 after October 14, 2025. Learn how to upgrade to Windows 11, compare Windows 10 and 11, and find a new PC that meets your needs.

  5. I enjoyed your Christmas decorations. Looks like you worked hard. Have a wonderful vacation. I have been on Windows 11 for a long time. They do take more control over your computer - I think. But it is a necessary evil. lol
