The Coven Has Arrived

My friends.
There is a little witch in all of us.

The three witches have arrived.
200 years in the making...
they are now alive.
 LOL

Let me first introduce you to
the main witch.

Everyone deserves a chance to fly.

Then sister Hag.

You too could scare the hair off a cat.

Last but not least,
there is Crone.

Ours is the black magic.

Decided to put the bewitching trio
into a fun simple display.

a witch may be living
next door to you right now."

In other news,
I am worried about Mikalya now.
If you have not heard,
there is a possible serial killer
near Michigan State University.
This is the campus Mikayla attends.
There have been 5 deaths now.
This riverwalk is a half mile
from her dorm.
She use to walk the trail...
and no longer does.
There is a suspect in custody...
and am hoping this is over.
Not sure though.

My other grandchild Mikey
has decided to quit his job soon.
He is an assistant manager of an oil change shop.
He wants to become an electrician.
Am so glad he has decided to begin
his new journey as a tradesman.
They are much needed.

I want to thank Lauren for liking all
of my crocks.
I also want to thank Robin for the laugh.
She said in her one comment~
"Send me all of your crocks and no one
will get hurt.
(Please triple wrap the cake crock)

Ladies, I was so very lucky to know this
antique shop owner.
She knew both Bob and I too.
I had bought a few crocks from her
over the years...along with other prims.
A few years ago she lost her husband.
She was downsizing from a big house on
20 acres to a moderate condo.
She knew I had a love {fettish}
for blue slip crocks and she had more.
She gave me a deal I could not refuse.
It was a matter of being there at the right time.
I will cherish them always.
They are all over my house.
I tell everyone that if I bring another crock in,
Bob will kill me (not really)
as I just bought 2 more stripper crocks. LOL
Lauren and Robin, you can always come
visit if you like...but I will be watching you like
a hawk when you leave.

Lastly, please pray for the families who lost
children or loved ones in the school shooting
in Bend. OR.
Why do they always have to shoot
school children?
So very sad.

Coven Blessings To All!

  1. I pray Mikalya will be safe, NOT walk there any longer, and stay in at night.
Robin has a great sense of humor...hmmm, was it humor? LOL.
Wonderful that your grandson has made plans for his future and has chosen a great path.

  2. Those are cute witches!
I hadn't heard there was an arrest made. I hope they got him, it's very scary, especially if you have family there.
Good for your grandson! I think this is a very smart move.
I'm glad you got more crocks, I know they bring you joy!
Very sad about the shooting. I don't understand why they go after these innocent little kids either.

  4. Hi,
I will be praying for Mikalya.
That is very scary and makes it hard to concentrate and study.
I am also praying for the families.

Your witches are fun. I love the key in your display.

  7. The witches are delightful ;-)
I had not heard about the killings at MSU. How frightening.
Yeah for Mikey. More young people need to pursue a trade. AI will not take those skilled jobs.
I will never understand what possesses a person to kill the innocent. Heartbreaking.

  8. Oh...your witches are wicked cool! I like that you did them separately. I have this pattern (I think?) in my stash too. So many witches...er stitches...to stitch, so little time. I had not heard about the murders either. Scary stuff. Glad Mikayla is being cautious and hope the person in custody is the right person. Yes, tragic about the killings. Completely senseless and heart-wrenching.

  11. Dang I'd be concerned too! I hadn't heard about this serial killer but what a frightening thing to be happening so close to Mikayla. 🙏. We've been praying for the community of Bend, Oregon, the families, students, teachers, first responders. Terrible! I am thankful for the two heroes! They saved a lot of lives with their action. It was a former special needs student. He was 16.

Your witches are cute and I especially like the display! The shoe adds a witchy touch!

Enjoy your weekend and all your crocks! Lol.How many do you have?

  12. Delightfully spooky, your samplers! ove them all. I wouldn't be walking the river trail at night anyway, but I don't think Mikayla has to be too worried in general. The killings seem to be very specific, targeted at the homeless who camp out on the river trail at night. For most of us, there appears to be no more danger than usual -- random things or stupid things. So, I hope she's not too stressed out and I'm sure if she has to be out at night on her own, she is extra careful. Please don't worry too much.

  13. Love your cute witches, your stitching is amazing. Scary times on campuses these days, not sure what’s going on but we must all be careful, everyone. Best wishes to Mikey! Autumn is here and it’s a glorious time of year, enjoy every minute, as I know you do.
Happy last of October blessings and best to you. Xo, Virginia
