Fall Is In The Air

Good morning sweet friends.
Bob and I did extremely well at our show
despite the severe weather that moved in the night before.
It hailed and the rain was coming down sideways at times
while we were at the restaurant in Holly.
After reaching our hotel later that evening,
we realized the storm was worse than we originally thought.
No air, no tv, and no lights in the bathroom.
Over 350,000 folks without power.
We even lost power at home as our son spent the night.
For him to be afraid..it must have been a powerful one.

On another note
I visited with many bloggers,
and even met new ones.
Here is a list.
If I forgot you, please let me know.

Thank you Dawn and Dick for a wonderful show!

After the storms rolled through on Friday night,
this morning Fall is in the air.

The leaves are already starting to turn.

Small berries are dropping from trees.

Evn bigger ones too.

My favorite time of year.

Which is why I created this latest penny candle mat.
A one of a kind creation by me.
Available at our store
Back Porch Antiques in Marine City, MI

Is Autumn your favorite time of year too?

Yellowing Leaves Blessings To All!
