Memorial Day Blessings

 
Hello my friends!


Please take some time to remember
all of our servicemen and women
who lost their lives to protect our country.
Let us never forget the sacrifice they gave 
for the freedom we have.

    The quote from the unknown author is a perfect tribute to our military. Now if only the present administration can move us back in the right direction

    Freedom can't be overrated. It's a priceless gift which we cannot take for granted. I salute all the brave soldiers who have sacrificed their lives and for those who continue to fight for freedom.

    Thank You Janice - I agree with the poster above me - too many think of Memorial Day Sales and barbeques and perhaps, only give a passing think on the day, before reaching for another cold beer. I do wish it was not a 3 day weekend. Every other group gets a whole month and our Fallen only get a day that is shared with other activities. It saddens my heart.

    I hope your Memorial Day was a good one. We had beautiful weather and the town had it's annual parade and activities. Thanks to all who have served and to those who gave their all for us.
