Santas Toyland

 Courtesy of his helpers.

AKA Bob and I. wink wink

All of our toys and games come from England,

which have been a hit with our customers.

I took my personal Santa and placed him
in the corner by the windows this year.
Many wanted to know if he was for sale...
which he is not.
I did this tree in a vintage look
with vintage ornaments and tinsel.
Although the lights are new,
they have the old fashion look.

My nephews wife made the glass blocks for us.

Bob made our Charlie Brown trees.
The base was a tobacco stick cut in two.

I made the blanket from blue fleece

which was Linus approved.

So this was our Christmas

window display from the inside.

Full of toys under the tree and puzzles.

Well Tundra and I are off to the store.

Have a wonderful weekend my friends!

Santa's Toyland Blessings To All!

  2. What treasures in the shop. I'd love the games from England and well done, Bob, making the trees (and so many things) in the shop!

  3. You might find me a bit dumb but can you tell me what are those tobacco sticks under the Charlie tree? I have never heard of tobacco sticks. I've heard of chewing tobacco but never of tobacco sticks.
I hope that you have great sale this coming week.
    Hugs, Julia

  4. So sweet! I love that Santa in the window and your displays are so cute. I love those glass blocks. What a great idea. Remember when toys were a bit simpler than the million dollar game systems and such of today? Although I think the train sets my brothers got were probably considered expensive back in the day!

  6. Funny Janice, I have that same Santa! I was born in 1953 and my parents had him out on our porch every Christmas. I have recently given him to our eldest daughter and she puts it out on her step. So many memories, Merry Christmas everyone! Jan in MA

  7. Ooooo....I love your Santa!!! And I would be one of those asking if he were for sale LOL. I also love Bob's rendition of Charlie Brown's tree. I actually have one of the 'official' ones done several years back...but I actually prefer Bob's version. ~Robin~
