Holly Finds

HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY
Cannot say how happy
I was to score a few goodies
 from the Holly show.
Bob and I love to vend this show....
however I also love to SHOP it...
and shop I did!

I purchased this early burlap rug from
Jane Wallace.
For those who subscribe to
A Simple Life Magazine,
Jane's home was featured in the current issue.
We have known Jane for quite awhile now.
She is a sweet gal!

This other vendor had about 6 early rye baskets.
I know she only had 5 at the start of the show
as I just had to purchase this one. :-)

This piece caught my eye right away.
Can you guess what it could be?
Well it is an early bobbin winder.
I thought it was the cat's meow.

Finally I purchased this 7 foot rag runner
from my dear friend Marsha.
The colors are perfect
for where it eventually will go.
Oh yeah,I also purchased some
cotton spun ornaments from Marsha.
[I knew she had some]
(I had asked her to bring them for me)
Forgot to take a pic as I already tucked
those away for Christmas.

Well these are my Holly finds.
They are still in the middle of our kitchen table.
No time to decorate the house....
focusing on the new store right now.

The dust bunnies are multiplying. LOL

Heigh Ho

It's Off to Work
I go.

Happy Hump Day!

Holly Fine Blessings To All!

  5. Hmmmm, it seems that my previous comment never made it! I will try again. You really found some unusual and cool stuff at the show last week. I too love that bobbin winder, but also the rag runner. Enjoy all these new things and I look forward to how you display them in your posts!

  7. I love those burlap wool rugs. I recently did an estate sale and found in the old shed an uncompleted one with wool stips and all in an old feed sack. I bought it! I display it just the way I found it...well, I have intentions of doing that...LOL.
