Yes, I hate the Spring change over every year because getting up in the dark is so much harder than daylight. Especially since it has been light at wake-up time for over a month!
ReplyDeleteI love that big crock with the lid and wire closure. I've never seen one before and yours is a beauty! Hopefully, better weather is ahead for everyone who has been buried in snow and sub-zero temps!!
We could move to Arizona. They dont do DST. I actually bought the lid and when it fit on my crock, I have kept in on ever since. Janice
DeleteHappy Sunday Janice.... I really have very little whites in my house...there’s always so much of it outside here in Nod that I limit its use inside LOL... (Besides, I have a lot of white walls, so I like things to pop a little more.). I love, love, love your feather basket...would so love to find a good, old, one like that myself some day. And that is an awesome crock lid....wow! I’m afraid spring is only 10 days away is only an event on the calendar here, sigh. We had another dumping of snow last night/today, and now of course, horrendous winds. And YES I hate DSL as much as (and probably more than) you do.... I actually just did a whiney post about it LOL. ReplyDeleteThanks Sandy! Taking a vacation week to help Bob next week. We had a slight set back when he turned the water on a pipe burst, so now he has to fix that and the new wall he just did. Hopefully he will have it done today, so he can hang the doors. Yep will enjoy the warmer temps coming and also enjoy seeing the golden eyed ducks in the river now. (they are cute black and white) Janice
