Frozen Foggy Morning

Good morning sweet dear blogging buddies.

I want to thank everyone for your sweet comments
on Flopsy's fashion statement.
I decided to go without the egg,
so you will be able to see more of her dress.
After all it is about the dress, right? <smile>

Have you ever seen what frozen fog can do?

This is a picture of my neighbors house across the street from me.
After the fog lifted, the sky pattern was so beautiful against
the glistening of the trees which was caused by the fog.

This was the calm before the storm picture.
An acquantaince of mine who worked on the freighters
told me once that when you see this cloud pattern...
snow or rain is coming in.
He called these clouds "Fish Clouds"
because they sort of look like the scales of a fish.
Bob still won't beleive me about these fish clouds,
 but after these clouds passed,
the snow came.

However the trees were so beautiful before the snow came in.

Fish Cloud Blessings To All!
Janice

  7. Well Janice you tell Bob my grandmother lived to be 95 years old and you know in our parts we rarely get snow. But whenever we saw those kind of clouds in our parts in the winter she said we were going to get snow. She called them snow clouds, and I still say the same to this day. Sometime we are right and sometime we are wrong, but so are our weather forecasters!! {smile}
